Twin Peaks-beats, unearthly synthetic choirs and lyrics drenched in longing. After a two week residence two summers ago, monokimono returns presenting their second EP 'jij&ik' at VOLTA! As a three piece consisting of frontman Ben Tanghe on guitar, synths and vocals, Ella Salvador Dalemans on percussive sampler & vocals and Timon Persoon as synth & full time Ableton wizard, monokimono takes his audience on a road trip across his soul. Tender and elusive, at other times rough and danceable, always deeply honest.

Pulsating basses, heavy beats and melancholic dutch lyrics: Amsterdam based artist puntjudith gets under your skin and demonstrates a raw daily reality and surreal dreams full of desire. Her debut-EP Snelweg became a symbol of the chaotic world of the millenial generation. She knows how to impress from the start with a strong visual story. With her bombastic energy she already attracted attention from Radio 1 and StuBru, 3FM Alternative and 3voor12 and toured the Netherlands with the Popronde as OOR talent 2021.
