Volta has become an essential place for musicians in Brussels. The experience we gained made it possible for us to translate an improved version of our operations into this new location.
With the help of workgroups, information sessions, surveys and a preliminary study with Miss Miyagi, we drew up a new policy for this new chapter. Both logistical, technical and artistic adjustments are taken to our new place.
We start from our clearly defined mission: offering musicians in Brussels and its surroundings space, time, guidance and a stage to support their artistic development.
This support will be rolled out on a total area of 2600m2. More than 22 studios will be made available for creation and residencies. These studios will be realized with the support of the Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie and Vlaams Brussel Fonds. The subcontracting for the construction of these studios is done in collaboration with Ideal Acoustics and general constructions are managed by FIX and Volta.

The studios have different purposes, including :
- studios for large ensembles
- studios for small ensembles.
- solo booths
- booths for producers and DJs
- two large studios that allow working on in-ears and sound engineering
We are also opening a concert hall where we offer the possibility for P.A, lighting and scenography rehearsals.
