AiméDOH is a singer-songwriter originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, who grew up in Nairobi and is now based in Belgium. His music carries a warm and authentic sound, shaped by his African roots and by the different places and experiences that have marked his journey.

Music has been part of AiméDOH’s life from an early age. He sang in choirs in Congo, Kenya and Belgium, before developing his skills as a guitarist and pianist and performing with different music groups. In 2017, he began his solo journey, recording his own songs and developing his personal musical identity.

His first EP, Jambo, was released in 2021, followed by the album Ubuntu. Through his music, AiméDOH explores themes such as connection, solidarity, justice and living together. His songs, often performed in Swahili, reflect a desire to create music that brings people together and speaks to different generations.

Rather than being limited to one place or one influence, AiméDOH’s music reflects a journey between cultures. His approach is personal, sincere and rooted in the belief that music can create a connection between people.
