Job description :
Volta is looking for the right person to strengthen its team. You will be committed to talent development, actively contribute to ongoing Volta projects, and stimulate a rich musical exchange with our partner venues in Brussels. Your main focus will be on talent development.

You will do this by:

• Following up on artist residencies (ABVOLTA, Members, Artists in Residence).
• Helping to shape our structural collaboration with Ancienne Belgique.
• Contributing to projects with a participatory character that appeal to a broad audience, with a focus on accessibility and social engagement.
• Assisting in the creation of an alternative educational offer, complementary to existing academies and conservatories.

• You are creative, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented.

• You have a strong interest in music and Brussels’ culture.
• You feel at home in a community-driven environment.
• You can work independently but also collaborate smoothly in a small team.
• You have an affinity with artistic development.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
• Experience in event organisation, artistic production, or community work is an asset.

Practical :
This internship is unpaid and forms part of a mandatory school internship. The internship starts with the beginning of the autumn season, in early October. It can take place during autumn 2025 and/or spring 2026, depending on the schedule of your studies and availability.
